What is healing? Is it eliminating symptoms, or repairing the body? From the perspective of energy medicine, these answers are far too superficial. True healing is a deep integration that spans seven layers of the energy body and penetrates body, mind, and spirit. It is not something the healer “does,” but the natural result of awakening the client’s inner healing power.

The Nature of Healing: Returning from Imbalance to Balance
From the perspective of energy healing, disease is the result of lost balance. We lose balance because we forget who we truly are. When we disconnect from our authentic self, we form thoughts and behaviors that lead to unhealthy lifestyles. These thoughts and behaviors first manifest as blockages in the energy field, then transmit layer by layer, ultimately crystallizing as disease at the physical level.
Therefore, the essence of healing is not eliminating symptoms, but helping clients remember who they are and reconnecting them with their authentic self. When this connection is restored, the energy field naturally returns to balance, and health follows.
This means the healer’s work is never directed at “disease,” but at the whole person—including their body, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and their relationship with the universe. Any treatment that only targets symptoms, no matter how precise, works only on the surface. True healing must reach the root, and that root is often hidden in the client’s deepest belief systems.
The Healer’s Preparation: Becoming a Pure Channel
Any genuine healing begins with the healer’s own preparation. This is not mere formality, but a necessary process to ensure the healer becomes a pure channel.
First, the healer needs self-care. If they do not know how to care for their own energy system, they may absorb the client’s negative energy during healing work, eventually becoming ill themselves. Healthy diet, adequate exercise, regular meditation, proper rest—these seemingly ordinary daily habits are precisely the healer’s most important protection.
Second, the healer needs daily spiritual practice. Through joint exercises that open meridians, postural practices that activate chakras, and color breathing meditations that charge the aura, the healer keeps their energy system open and balanced, able to withstand the flow of high-frequency energy during work.
Finally, the healer needs connection with higher power. Whether called the universal energy field, divine wisdom, or spirit guides, this connection reminds the healer: healing energy does not come from them, but flows through them. When they become a pure channel, healing occurs naturally.
Energy Chelation: The Foundation of Purification and Charging
Energy chelation is the foundational technique of holistic healing. Its essence is “bathing” the energy field—clearing waste and replenishing fresh energy.
This technique follows the most natural path of energy flow. Energy typically enters the body through the feet, so the healer begins work at the client’s feet, allowing energy to gradually move upward along the legs. This bottom-up approach allows the energy body to absorb energy in the most natural way and transport it to where it is needed.
As energy flows through each area, it automatically seeks out blockages. Stagnant energy is loosened, congested areas activated, depleted parts replenished. This process is like a river washing away accumulated silt, allowing flow to resume unimpeded.
Energy chelation works not only on the physical level but also touches the emotional and mental bodies. When energy flows through areas where suppressed emotions reside, those long-buried feelings rise to consciousness. Clients may suddenly cry, feel anger, or experience fear—this is not a side effect of healing, but healing itself. Only emotions that are seen can truly be released.
Clearing Energy Blockages: Precise Deep Work
Once basic flow is restored in the energy field, the healer needs to work precisely on specific areas. These areas are often sites of accumulated long-term trauma, requiring deeper intervention.
There are multiple ways to clear blockages. Sometimes the healer guides energy into the blocked area with both hands, using the right hand to push and left hand to pull, creating an energy current that disperses stagnant material. Sometimes the healer cups their hands over the blockage, vibrating them to increase energy flow, like breaking up stubborn ice.
For deeper blockages, the healer may use “etheric hand” technique. By expanding their own energy field, the healer’s etheric fingers can penetrate the client’s body and scoop out blocked energy. These extracted energy masses are held in the healer’s hands, where higher forces transform them.
Regardless of technique, the key is the healer maintaining connection with the universal energy field. They are not using their own energy to clear blockages, but becoming a channel for energy flow. Only thus does healing not deplete the healer, and only thus does the client receive truly pure energy.

Template Level Healing: Reconstruction at the Source
The fifth layer of the aura is called the “etheric template level”—the blueprint for all physical forms. When physical organs are damaged, the etheric template layer often shows distortion long before: energy lines may be broken, tangled, or completely misaligned.
Healing at this layer is like repairing the original architectural drawings. The healer no longer works directly with the physical body or lower energy layers, but enters the deeper “negative space,” reconstructing structures at their origin. This level of repair is usually guided by spirit guides; the healer need only keep their hands still and become a channel for energy flow.
Once the template layer is repaired, all lower layers automatically readjust according to the new blueprint. This is why template layer healing is so powerful—it works not at the symptom level, but resolves problems at their root.
Ketheric Layer Reconstruction: Restoring the Golden Grid
The seventh layer of the aura is the “ketheric template layer,” composed of extremely durable fine threads of gold and silver light. It is the skeleton of the entire aura. When this layer is damaged, the whole energy system loses support.
Repair at this layer requires the healer to raise their consciousness to a higher state. Here, energy manifests as golden light, moving at speeds far beyond ordinary imagination. The healer’s fingers move as quickly as possible, but the golden threads move faster—thousands of times faster, weaving and knitting, restoring distorted structures to their normal positions.
Chakra repair at this layer is particularly delicate. A damaged chakra may be torn, the protective membrane damaged, vortex blocked, and the endpoint off-center, or the entire chakra nearly vanished. Repair requires pushing the displaced structure back into place, stitching tears, rebuilding protective screens, and covering with new protective caps. All this occurs under spirit guidance, in ways that transcend human understanding.
Infusion of Divine Love: The Highest Form of Healing
After structural reconstruction is complete, the healer rises to the sixth layer—the celestial body layer—to infuse the client with divine love. This is the energy of unconditional love, the highest form of healing.
At this stage, the healer must truly enter a state of total acceptance and active wishing for the client’s well-being. This is not imagination, but actually residing in that frequency of love. When the healer achieves this state, the client’s brain center becomes bright, the entire aura fills with platinum light, blended with opalescent, shifting colors.
Divine love is the catalyst of healing. It directly repairs nothing, but its presence makes all repair possible. Just as sunlight enables all things to grow, the energy of love awakens the client’s inner healing power, allowing all repair work to integrate and consolidate.
Sealing the Aura: Completion and Respect
The final step of healing is sealing the seventh layer of the aura, ensuring all repair work is protected. The healer positions their hands about two and a half feet above the client’s head, at the level of the golden eggshell layer, runs golden light, creates an arc from head to toe, then slowly separates their hands, expanding the arc to surround the entire body.
Upon completion, the healer must gently disconnect from the client’s energy, honor the client’s own healing power, and return the healing to them. This is an important ritual, reminding the healer: true healing is never something they “did,” but the result of awakening the client’s inner healing power.
As the healer disconnects and slowly brings their consciousness back into their body, they also need to honor their own life purpose. This honoring is both affirmation of their own value and gratitude to higher power.
A complete holistic healing is not merely physical repair, but a deep massage of the soul. It reminds us: true healing is never what the healer does, but the result of awakening the client’s inner healing power. The healer is merely a channel, a mirror, a reminder—reminding clients that they already possess the ability to heal themselves.
