Have you ever wondered why chronic stress eventually leads to stomach problems? Why unresolved grief is often accompanied by chest tightness? Why repressed anger is always linked to pain in certain body parts? Modern medicine typically attributes these to “psychosomatic disorders” but rarely explains the specific pathway from mind to body. The perspective of the human energy field, however, reveals exactly this invisible path of disease formation.

The Essence of Disease: The Final Signal of Energy Imbalance

From a healer’s viewpoint, disease is not a sudden catastrophe but the result of lost balance. We lose balance when we forget our true identity. When disconnected from our authentic selves, we develop thoughts and behaviors that lead to unhealthy lifestyles, which eventually manifest as physical illness.

In other words, disease is a warning: you have lost balance because you have forgotten who you are. It is also a messenger, telling us the degree of imbalance and how to reconnect with our true selves and regain health. When we learn to communicate with disease, its messages are remarkably precise.

The Seven Levels of Disease Formation

To understand how energy blockages lead to illness, we first need torasp the multiple layers of human existence. Each layer corresponds to a level of the aura, and consciousness manifests differently at each level.

Level 7 (The Causal Template Layer)

This is the most subtle layer, where consciousness exists as “knowing” or belief systems. The initial creative impulse originates here—not from linear thinking, but from integrated “knowing.” Distortions at this level usually stem from false belief systems.

Level 6 (The Celestial Body)

Consciousness manifests as universal love. When beliefs at Level 7 are distorted, this love is blocked and warped into a fondness for superiority.

Level 5 (The Etheric Template Layer)

Consciousness manifests as higher will. If this layer is distorted, the individual will strive to feel superior.

Level 4 (The Astral Body)

Consciousness manifests as intense emotions, extending beyond the self to feelings for all humanity. Distortions passed down from Level 5 appear here as a desire for superiority.

Level 3 (The Mental Body)

Consciousness manifests as linear thinking. Here, the thought “I am superior” solidifies. But self-deception cannot last forever; an inner voice will eventually counter: “If I am not superior, I must be inferior.” This psychological conflict becomes an intellectual impasse.

Level 2 (The Emotional Body)

Consciousness manifests as raw emotions. The conflict in the mental layer triggers fear—fear based on illusion. If the individual cannot accept this fear and represses it, it sinks into the unconscious.

Level 1 (The Etheric Body)

Consciousness manifests as sensory perception. Energy blockages in the emotional layer cause the etheric body’s energy lines to become tangled or broken. Physical cells grow according to these “life lines,” so disruptions in the etheric body are transmitted to the physical body.

Physical Body

Ultimately, the imbalance passed down through all layers crystallizes into physical illness. Excess yin energy in the solar plexus may cause hyperacidity and ulcers; blockages in the heart chakra may impair thymus function and weaken the immune system.

This is the complete path of disease formation: starting with a false belief in the spiritual layers, it descends layer by layer, finally solidifying into physical illness. Conversely, health occurs when creative impulses from the spiritual layers flow in alignment with universal laws, transmitting harmony and balance downward through each level.

Six Types of Energy Blockages

Through years of observation, the author has categorized energy blockages into six types, each with a unique form and psychological association:

1. Noisy Clumps

Formed by stagnant frustration and energy, linked to despair. Typically grayish-blue, thick and viscous like mucus. If unresolved, they may lead to colitis or angina.

2. Compressed Clumps

Repressed feelings compressed into energy blockages, filled with repressed anger like a volcano. Dark red in color; those who see them often want to avoid them. These clumps may cause muscle or fat accumulation in the area, potentially leading to conditions like pelvic inflammation if persistent.

3. Mesh Armor

Can move rapidly through the aura, helping the individual avoid feelings—especially fear—when challenged in life. If a healer attempts to release the clump through physical movement, it will shift to another part of the body.

4. Disk Armor

Gathers around the body in a tense state, freezing all kinds of feelings. It allows the individual to build an orderly external life but leaves them feeling empty inside.

5. Energy Depletion

Energy thins as it flows through the limbs toward the extremities; the individual disconnects from their limbs, causing weakness. They avoid using their limbs to escape feelings of powerlessness and deeper associated emotions.

6. Energy Leakage

Energy gushes out at the joints, preventing it from flowing to the limbs. This unconscious act is to avoid having enough strength or feeling to respond to certain life experiences.

The Meaning of Pain: The Key to Soul Learning

Every illness is a form of pain—physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Pain is our internal warning system, alerting us that something needs attention. If we have never truly listened to ourselves, ignoring our wants and needs, pain will eventually force us to address these issues.

Pain teaches us to seek help and healing. Thus, pain is the key to soul learning. When we learn to interpret these messages, disease is no longer a terrifying enemy but a guide leading us back to our true selves.

Every blockage in your body is a forgotten story; every pain is a cry waiting to be heard. The path from energy blockages to physical illness is precisely your path from separation back to unity.
